Shipping: Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over 200.00 €,
for orders under 200.00 € shipping costs are 7.00 €.
Massi Stock ships to Italy and worldwide using the express courier services GLS, Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT. All goods shipped by Massi Stock are carefully packed.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
All orders duly filled and paid for will be processed within the same business day if placed by 12:00 noon (Monday through Friday): all shipments depart from Massi Stock, (Italy), on business days only, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled the following Monday.
TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
Massi Stock offers its customers a shipping service that can be tracked at any time, thanks to the service provided by Shippypro. The customer will receive an e-mail confirmation of the shipment of the goods from Shippypro with the code (tracking number) provided by the shipper (GLS, Fedex, UPS, TNT, DHL) that will allow him to check the progress of his shipment at any time.
WORLDWIDE SHIPMENTS
Shipments can be either DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) shipping is to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden,) where VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping is to Non-EU or Non-Schengen countries, which are not subject to VAT/TVA on the purchase price.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products:
ITALY (DDP): delivery is tentatively expected within 1/2 days of shipment.
EU European Countries (DDP) / Non-EU European Countries (DDU) / Rest of the World: Delivery times will be calculated in real time at checkout.
DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Upon delivery of the goods, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery note. If the package is tampered with or not intact, the Customer may sign the delivery document with reservation or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies should be promptly reported to the local GLS, Fedex, UPS, TNT, DHL (depending on the courier to which the delivery will be entrusted) office and to Massi Stock by sending an e-mail to our customer service (onlinemassistock@gmail.com). If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs required to return the package to Massi Stock will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be sent back to Massi Stock at the expense of the same Customer. In this case it will be the responsibility of Massi Stock to deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
