The products purchased on www.massistock.com are sold directly by Massi Stock SRL, a company incorporated under Italian law, with registered office in Via Padre Leone Dehon , 73, Andria, 76123, (BT), Italy VAT number 07573210726
The offer and sale of products on the website www.massistock.com are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The General Conditions of Sale may be periodically updated; those published on www.massistock.com and accepted at the time of check out are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before purchasing.
Purchase methods
For each product chosen, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with the image and the essential characteristics, for example: the colour, the size, the unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.massistock.com may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Massi Stock is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular configuration of the computer or its malfunction.
Product availability
The products offered for sale and the relative price are those indicated on Massi Stock
If, at the time of the order, the products are not available, the corresponding size will not be displayed.
If, due to simultaneous purchases by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.
Massi Stock may change the products offered for sale on www.massistock.com and the related price at any time and without notice.
Product price
The price of each item is indicated in Euros.
The shipping cost is indicated before payment.
ORDER
Order
Placing the purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed upon registration and/or creation of a personal account (“register for free”) of the Customer. Please remember to carefully read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Orders are filled by following the steps and instructions specified on the site.
The purchase of the products offered for sale on www.massistock.com can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on www.massistock.com is prohibited.
Massi Stock reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received.
Massi Stock will communicate to the customer via e-mail any impossibility to accept the orders received.
Order confirmation
Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with details of the price of the product and shipping costs.
Terms of payment
Massi Stock accepts the following payment methods:
Credit cards (including prepaid, postepay)
Massi Stock accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro .
Paypal
Any other payment methods can be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Massi Stock. For further information and/or clarifications you can send an email to Massi Stock. The products ordered remain the property of Massi Stock until the relevant price has been fully collected.
SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping methods
Information on shipping methods is indicated at the time of purchase, is the responsibility of the customer and is charged to the credit and debit card at the time of purchase.
Shipping cost
All purchases are delivered via GLS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT . We do not ship to post office boxes.
Standard shipping in Italy costs 7 euros, except for promotions, when applicable, indicated on the site which provide free delivery.
Delivery areas
The delivery of the products is made to the address requested by the Customer (shipments are not made to post office boxes).
