Refund policy

RETURNS:Massi Stock intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers by offering them the opportunity to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. Returns must necessarily be made at the expense and responsibility of the Customer within 14 days of delivery and only on the condition that the returned items are intact and never used.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

To send one or more returns to Massi Stock, the Customer is required to comply with precise conditions:
A) - All items for sale on www.massistock.com are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment. If necessary, the garment must be tried on without removing the tag or tampering with the authenticity tag. Returns will only be accepted with the authenticity tag perfectly intact. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with the authenticity tag cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
B) - Items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or processed in any way.
C) - Items must necessarily be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be properly wrapped and packaged.
D) - All other labels on the garment, whether fabric or hanging, must necessarily be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
E) - Goods to be returned must be physically delivered to the shipper no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
F) - The Customer who wishes to make a change in size, color or item must submit the return procedure and place a new order at www.massistock.com.
Upon failure to comply with any of the above conditions, Massi Stock reserves the right not to accept the returned merchandise and to return it to the Customer at the Customer's expense.

 

4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. A) - To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the address.onlinemassistock@gmail.com within 14 daysfrom the receipt of the goods. The e-mail must specify the codes of the items to be returned. Once the return request is received, Massi Stock customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
    B - The price of shipping will be borne by the Customer.

Shipping is at Customer's risk: Massi Stock is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or in the same manner and type of the same. All returned items will be subject to inspection by Massi Stock staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Massi Stock reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure that the returned items are put back on sale. These amounts will be determined upon completion of the evaluation of the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.

 

REFUND

If the return procedure has been performed correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email of acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by credit to credit card (if the order was paid by credit card) Paypal credit (if the order was paid by Paypal)
